Vladimir Rudenko is a Registered Professional Planner and a member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. Vladimir Rudenko is also the Principal of Strogan Inc., Urban Design & Planning.

Vladimir is a dynamic and visionary land development specialist, who brings over a decade of multifaceted achievements leading the design and execution of high-level land planning and development initiatives.

His skill set includes a high degree of technical and architectural skills, including expertise with GIS and spatial statistical analysis, and a natural talent for seamlessly coordinating all resources and strategic planning.

Vladimir possesses in depth knowledge of municipal building and planning standards, combined with a talent for forging strong relationships with government and community officials.
