We, in Viya Sisters (Pvt.) Ltd. dedicated to providing design construction services in architecture and various fields of engineering by utilizing cutting-edge technology and know-how in order to exceed customers' expectations while also making everyone's lifestyle truly comfortable. Our CEO Mayu Balasubramaniam has over 20 years of design and construction experience internationally. Our carefully selected team of industry leaders will provide you with excellence in the areas of Design, Construction, Project Management, and in land development.

There are numerous challenges and deterrents in the construction industry that prevent projects from being completed. Finance and labor management, complying with industry standards and laws, as well as complex regulations, building to suite the clients’ religious belief are just a few of the challenges that owners and investors must face. It is our goal to break down those barriers in order to bring our customers' dreams and ideas to life. We adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational principles such as excellence, dependability, responsibility, sustainability, integrity, creativity, and success in order to provide the best services to all of our clients. To complete the project on schedule and under budget, we will obtain the necessary permits and handle every minute detail of project management.

CEO

Mayu obtained his Civil Engineering degree in the University of Peradeniya. He began his career in Sri Lanka and obtained his experience internationally for more than twenty years. Mayu is also a member of the "Professional Engineers of Ontario" in Canada. Mayu enjoys helping individuals by sharing the advantages of his knowledge and assisting them in accomplishing their dreams. He applies his distinct way of thinking to simplify complex issues into simplified solutions which benefit his clients.
